Magento boilerplate

Boilerplate is a Front-end best practices snippets gallore packed for better built websites.

CSS3PIE is an .htc script with a PHP wrapper included that makes Internet Explorer draw shadows, rounded borders and linear gradients.

So, the idea was to put those two in a Magento theme with local.xml file for overriding the XML layout.
